PET POLICY
Fly with your pet
We welcome domesticated cats and dogs onboard, so your companion can join you every step of the journey—whether hopping between islands or heading home. With a straightforward fee structure and a focus on safety, Mokulele makes it easy to bring your pet along without the stress of traditional cargo travel.
PET FEES
- Small/Lap Pets & Wikiwiki Animals (under 16 lbs): $35 per animal
- Large Pets (16 lbs or more): Charged at the standard fare
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- Pets must travel in a soft carrier or kennel and remain under the traveler’s control at all times. Small pets must sit at your feet during takeoff/landing and may be held in your lap during flight. Large pets must remain kenneled for the entire flight; space will be allocated.
- One pet per flight is allowed unless approved by the Pilot in Command.
- Advance notice of at least 48 hours is required. Call (808) 495-4188 to book.
- Failure to notify us in advance may result in a $100 fee or denied boarding.
RESTRICTIONS
- Pets and owners may not sit in Row 5.
- Combined weight of pet + owner may not exceed 350 lbs due to aircraft limits.
- Pets must be clean, well-behaved, and non-aggressive.
- Mokulele reserves the right to deny boarding for any animal deemed unfit to fly.
Passengers are liable for any damages or cleaning fees incurred due to pet transport. All pet travel is subject to our Contract of Carriage.
